In late 1995 Thyme Software Pty Ltd developed the first windows based membership management system, Member Magic, which included an in-built report generator, providing clubs and organisations with a flexible and user friendly system.
Since then Member Magic has under gone a number of development phases during which Thyme Software has continued to build strong relationships with other software developers providing interfaces and intergration to a number of products, therby, providing clubs and organisations with a truly comprehensive Membership Management system. These include:

With Member Magic acting as the focal point of an integrated suite of the best available specialist products, clubs have available a truly comprehensive membership management system.
The "ClubKey" was originally used to manage club levy systems using the Dallas iButton technology and was designed to replace the labour intensive manual voucher levy system being used by Golf and Yacht clubs. The "ClubKey" provided the club with an automated method of tracking the use of the club's levy at any Point of Sale terminal as well as a method of tracking members bar tabs and also provided the members with an "Electronic Wallet" facility, allowing them deposit funds into an account stored in the "ClubKey" from which they could draw funds at any Point of Sale terminal.
The latest version of Member Magic (Member MagicFusion2) allows clubs to use a number of device types such as the Dallas iButton, HID proximity tags, Magnetic Swipe cards and Proximity cards to access their Point of Sale accounts.
Member Magic also integrates to Point of Sale and access control systems, thereby providing clubs and organisations with a truly automated and comprehensive Membership Management system.
