The ClubKey system gives you complete control of access over entry points.

The package is extremely economical, based on robust and durable keys and readers, and allows you to:

• set time zones for the system to operate at each entry point
• restrict use to where and when you want it

Time zoning, for example, even lets you automatically control when doors open and close. Control is so fine that you can set different times for normal days, weekends and public holidays.

The system can handle more than 10,000 users and, if you wish, you can give each one separate rights of access and usage.

The system leaves a complete audit trail, which you can print out at any time. You always know exactly what is going on in your club.

ClubKeys are activated and de-activated from the Member Magic database, eliminating the need for a duplicate database.

Reporting

Standard reporting on the system tells you:

• which access point was used
• the time access was attempted
• the individual ClubKey used
• whether access was accepted or denied
