Marina Magic allows a club to manage all pens and boats related to their members.

Members can have multiple boats and pens recorded for them; boats can have their current location pen and multiple owners recorded; and both the owners and renters can be tracked for pens.

The details recorded for boats and pens can be customised to exactly as required by the club.

Commonly required reports - such as a jetty check report - can be produced as required.

All boat and pen details, including club-customised details, can be exported to excel for manipulation or creation of any custom reports desired by the club.

Pens are designated a pen type - these pen types are created as desired by club - which can then be used to differentiate pens in reports and billing etc.

A boat pens status display is available which shows all pens arranged by jetty to provide intuitive navigation.

A bulk-billing operation is available to easily bill all pen owners. This can bill all pens at once, or just particular types, and can be used in conjuction with membership billing or separately as required.

Marina Magic is tightly integrated with Member Magic, working with the same database so no detail need be entered twice between member management and boat management.
