Handicapping is the responsibility of the Australian Golf Union and Thyme Software is an accredited "Tier 3" GOLFLink provider.

Thyme Software is dedicated to getting clubs connected to GOLFLink. The Member Magic system combines our outstanding membership management package with the full Handicapping system recognised by the AGU. Member Magic boasts the following Handicapping features:

• Entry of scores is made easy with the player search facility. Potential count-backs show up automatically and can be adjusted immediately using the count-back system
• The module will process all standard competition types (eg. stroke, par, gross, net, stableford)
• Reporting of competitions is accessed through the report generator
• Grades can be easily manipulated for - Not graded, (Ball Competition Only) or, up to 5 grades (A - E).
• The handicap level for each grade can be altered at any time.
• As scores are entered players are immediately and automatically sorted into grades and the results can be viewed in real time.

Members have access to their round details through a look-up facility that can reside in the pro shop, locker rooms, or any other area where a monitor can be cabled. Full details of all rounds played are displayed together with both the actual and playing handicaps.
